Sailaja Dogiparthi is the visionary founder behind AGF Institute of Education and All Green Fields Playschool, with over a decade of experience in early childhood education, teacher training, and women’s empowerment.
A passionate educator and mother, Sailaja believes that every woman has the power to teach, lead, and earn — and that teaching is not just a profession, but a powerful tool for transformation.
